How long will it take to receive my order?

We strive to process and ship orders within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times typically range between 5-10 business days, depending on your location. Please note that international orders may experience longer shipping times due to customs clearance.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as PayPal for secure and convenient payments.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment on our website or through the designated shipping carrier's website.

What is your return policy?

We offer a hassle-free return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for an exchange. Are there any shipping fees?

Free shipping in Canada on orders over $150. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the package.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?

We strive to process orders quickly, so if you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been shipped.

Do you offer international shipping?

We do offer gift wrapping services at $5. However, we provide our products in a up cycled silk tote bag at no charge.
